Power, Cooper, Jaugstetter & Futch has experience in all areas of criminal law from handling misdemeanors, including DUI, to all types of felonies, including death penalty cases.

Mr. Futch has extensive experience in the this area having served as an Assistant District Attorney for 7 years in both the Stone Mountain and Flint Judicial Circuit. Mr. Futch is also death penalty certified having prosecuted and defended death penalty cases before. Mr. Futch is also a past officer of the criminal law section of the State Bar of Georgia.
